October 30, 2004 - We met at a party hosted by a work friend of Chris's/college friend of Kate's. That night we bonded over talks of politics and the upcoming presidential election. Our first official date happened later that week when Chris cooked an amazing meal for Kate, who had no idea he was such a talented chef! Since that day 3 years ago, we have been pretty much inseperable, cooking, gardening, fishing, and traveling together. We now look forward to continuing doing what we love together for many years to come. The Engagement... August 25, 2007 - Chris took Kate on a surprise trip to Monhegan Island off the coast of Maine. While on a hike around the southern tip of the island, Chris proposed and Kate, of course, said Yes! The Wedding...
